March 4th - 11th 2004 TRANSAFRICA FORUM, VISIONS CINEMA, BET JAZZ AND AFRIKAFE PRESENT'S "THE NEW AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL" FEATURING 13 AFRICAN, CARIBBEAN & LATIN AMERICAN FILMS
The festival will feature 13 African, Caribbean, and Latin
American films,
some of which have previously never been screened in the
Washington area.
Award-winning actor/human rights activist and
Transafrica Forum Board Chairman, Danny Glover
will be the special guest for the champagne, kick-off reception on
March 4. The 8-day event will also house discussions with
