This youth forum will let the youths voice their
collective opinions and seek solutions on the following
issues addressed to a panel of senior officials of the
District of Columbia Government: Gun Violence within the
Community; increased youth violence; school violence;
and emergency preparedness.
This forum is being sponsored in part by the Office
of the deputy Mayor for Children, Youth Families and
Elders for the purpose of aiding the DC Youth
Development Strategy, in collaboration with policies
being implemented under incoming Council Chair Vincent
Gray. |

familiar with the Woodbourne Center it is a group home with males and
females between the ages of 8-16. The gifts may not be the most
lavish Christmas gifts possible but sometimes the little things are
enough to brighten a child's Christmas. So please bring a Toy or
clothing to donate.
Doors will open @ 6pm and admission is free we are just asking for a
donation towards this cause.
