Annual Costume Parade Featuring spectacular costumed bands, lively music, dancers and Steel Pan Bands Parade kicks off @ 12:00 Noon and begins at Quantico & Park Heights Avenues & Ends in Druid Hill Park The Fun continues in the Park until 9:00 pm with Reggae and exciting Soca performances, ethnic foods and creative arts and crafts. Admission $10.00 and Free for Children under the age of 12 |
